Abby does a full, comprehensive flow class. We start by settling in, setting intention, followed by warming up, then a sweaty flow, stretch, and savasana. She has a soulful, non-pretentious presentation style. Her voice is strong. Chanting in class vibrates my heart. I lose myself in the meditative haze of the practice. I leave her classes not knowing exactly what just happened, but somehow feeling much better than when I arrived. I feel more centered, present, calm, and self-aware. My posture also improves. I crave a class of hers in my weekly routine.

Abby is a natural yoga teacher, in touch with all aspects of the practice (meditation, chanting, spiritual, physical, intense, and mellow). She's an advanced practitioner herself, but modest. She's my favorite teacher in the Tahoe area. After 17 years of consistent practice, I think she is as good as any world-renowned teacher from whom I've taken class. I like a strong, well-rounded vinyasa flow class.

I look forward to her class in my weekly routine. After a couple of days of hard work as a nurse, I use her class to help me unwind, ground, and clear my mental and physical slate so I can be more present for my family.
